It employs selective and repetitive movements with a focus on control and stability, helping to reduce and prevent pain resulting from injury, accident, and overuse.
Our practitioners endeavour to understand your specific goals, increase your confidence, and improve your physical abilities. Exercises are adjusted to match your level, and personalised support and technique correction are provided during the class.
