Chronic Disease Management Plan
Life is hard enough when you are injured, in pain or need regular treatment. If you have had a chronic medical condition for at least 6 months, visit your GP to prepare a Chronic Disease Management Plan, which may give you Medicare benefits for the services we offer. Read more about chronic disease management on the Department of Health website or call and speak to one of our helpful team members.
TAC, Workcover and Veterans Affairs
We welcome all patients from TAC, Workcover and Veterans Affairs. TAC and Workcover appointments need to be paid in full every time you receive treatment, you will be issued with a receipt and you will go through the standard process of submitting a claim for reimbursement from TAC or Workcover. Patients covered by the Department of Veterans Affairs must obtain a referral from their doctor prior to treatment.
