We want to continue to provide all our valued clients with the opportunity to access live and on demand classes while the studio is closed, and we are thrilled to offer this service complimentary to you for our first week 06/09/21 – 12/09/21!!
Our Osteopath Ella and Pilates Instructor Ash will be offering four mat classes over the week through our newly created Facebook page.
Our simple mat based exercises are suitable for all age groups, focusing on a mixture of core activation and strength, upper and lower limb strength and balance. This class will help you to master the foundations of good technique and build strength.
