An avid sportsman, James previously competed at state level in both cycling and swimming, and although no longer competing maintains his passion for sport, leading a very active lifestyle. You might see James cycling along 13th beach!

James has an extensive background in Osteopathy and Remedial massage spanning over eight years and has worked in several clinical and sporting environments. James also has four years experience working as a sports trainer for Old Carey Grammarians Football Club, during which time he held the position of head trainer. The role provided him with valuable experience and exposure to both acute and chronic presentations, their effective treatment, and appropriate management/rehabilitation.

James has a keen interest in pregnancy and enjoys helping women with pre and post-natal care, especially after recently starting a family of his own. After working as an Osteopath in Melbourne for many years, James has become adept at treating upper back and neck presentations especially postural related issues and headaches. James utilises a broad range of manual therapy techniques allowing him to specifically tailor each consultation to individual patient needs and treatment preferences.
