Introducing Our 6 Week Stretch and Strengthening Program

We hope everyone had a great, relaxing Christmas and New Year. This event is suitable for people of all ages and abilities so we really hope you decide to give it a go. Remember, teams are able to enter this event so if there is one leg you don’t like then get a friend involved and do it together.

We are proud to be involved with such a relaxed, friendly event so it’s perfect for people of all ages and abilities.

The 6 week program is designed by our experienced Osteopaths, Remedial Massage Therapists, Podiatrists and Physiotherapists.

We will be posting weekly videos with exercises to complement the 8 week training program created by Beckworth Racing to help you to get to the start line feeling fit and healthy so you can really enjoy the experience on the day.
