Outside of work I enjoy the coastal lifestyle, staying active by playing AFLW for Geelong, BigV basketball for Warrnambool, going to the gym and bouldering in my free time

I enjoy treating a wide variety of clients from all age brackets, occupations and lifestyles, but have a keen interest in assisting recreational and professional athletes prepare for and recover from their respective sports.

As well as the coastal lifestyle, I love the collaborative team approach, to continuously learn from my colleges and the goal to ensure each client achieves their optimal outcome.
