I’ve previously been a competitive swimmer, but now just enjoy keeping fit through casual swims and going to the gym. I work as a swimming coach and now love sharing my passion and knowledge of the sport with upcoming local superstars!

I also LOVE the beach and taking my dog Marlee for adventures with me.

Prior to moving down to the Bellarine area, I worked at two successful osteopathic clinics in Melbourne and was involved with teaching osteopathic clinical skills at Victoria University. I’ve gained valuable experience with diagnosing, treating and providing management plans for a wide range of patients.

Through my work as a swimming coach, I’ve worked with junior, state, national and master level athletes. I’ve also previously worked with local and international football teams.

I enjoy treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and especially enjoy treating patients who are committed to achieving their goals towards optimal health.

I use a wide range of osteopathic techniques when I treat, and select these on an individual basis depending on patient preference and best patient care.
Stemming from my previous studies in Nutrition, I’ve developed an interest in treating the musculoskeletal components of gastrointestinal complaints and disorders.

After 10 years of working as a disability support worker, I’ve also got an interest in treating the musculoskeletal components of a range of behavioural and physical disabilities.

I’m extremely passionate towards promoting health and well-being by providing holistic patient care. I enjoy tailoring my treatment and management to suit each patient individually to ensure patients receive the care that is best for them. I believe the team at 13th Beach Health Services share these values, and works collaboratively to provide optimal care to the community.
