I am a lover of yoga, coffee and walking my dog along the beach in the early hours of the morning to catch the sunrise.
I love spending time in the great outdoors with my family and going on adventures. I have skydived twice, bungee jumped in Bali, climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Uluru
I have been a practicing Myotherapy since 2008 after completing my qualification at the Australian College of Sports Therapy in Melbourne.
I have since worked in a number of multi-disciplinary clinics in both Vic and WA seeing a wide range of clientele ranging from children, athletes, pregnancy and the elderly.

I thoroughly enjoy treating people from all walks of life. I have a strong interest in the treatment of shoulder, neck and headache issues, along with hip and pregnancy related issues. I believe that education is key for my clients so that they may have the tools and knowledge at home to help improve their everyday living.

I love the vibe at 13th Beach Health Services and being able to help the local community. The multi-disciplinary team approach is paramount when wanting to achieve the best patient outcomes. Learning from the team helps us all improve our knowledge and skills for the betterment of our patients.
