I love to spend as much time in nature as possible, whether it’s hiking, camping or a trip to the beach with our dog Zac. Other favourite past times include yoga, cooking, travel and some very amateur veggie gardening.
I graduated from La Trobe University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Podiatry and spent her first 4 years working in private practice in Berwick, Victoria. After a 6 month stint travelling overseas, I have spent the past 6 years living and working in Launceston, Tasmania. I have also completed post graduate training in dry needling of the lower limb and foot mobilisation.
I enjoy all aspects of podiatry and have always loved the variety that each day brings, however over time I have developed a keen interest in diabetic foot management, sports and paediatric podiatry. I always endeavour to bring a holistic approach to my treatments and i find the often instant relief that patients can experience from something as simple as removing a corn or fixing an ingrown toenail very rewarding.
I love the community spirit that the clinic drives with all their involvement in local events. I also relish the opportunity to work alongside and collaborate with a range of allied health professionals to really optimise people’s health outcomes.
