All the important things in life, movement, laughter and food. A very proud Irishwoman but I have made Australia my home the last 12 years. I am a keen traveller (pre-baby+COVID-19) and love experiencing new places.

After gaining my undergraduate studies in Ireland, a world financial recession led me to emigrate to Australia. I have worked predominantly in private practices in both Canberra and Melbourne. I also had a stint working in a leading, private Orthopaedic hospital in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I have spent many years in musculoskeletal and sports practices including semi-professional team settings.

I genuinely enjoy all aspects of physiotherapy and the wide variety of conditions and injuries that come through the door. I have a passion for educating clients regarding their injuries and enabling them to be independent in their management. This is so important to empower people in regaining control over their body and overcoming their injuries.
I thoroughly enjoy working with clients in the prenatal and post-partum period, especially since going through the experience myself, and wish to support women through this amazing journey.

My husband and I have bought our first home in Ocean Grove and are excited to raise our daughter, Lily in this community and enjoy all the lifestyle benefits it has to offer. I found 13th Beach Health Services to be a perfect fit for me and my family with our big move to the coast.
