Living on the Bellarine Peninsula I love spending time at the beach and soaking up the outdoors. I take every opportunity to enjoy our coastline and explore this amazing country we live in camping, surfing, fishing and hiking along the way. Away from the beach, I love harvesting fresh produce from the garden and immersing myself in a book.

I spent many years playing tennis and cricket gaining a keen interest in anatomy and biomechanics. Sustaining injuries, I became amazed in the body’s ability to heal when given the best conditions. After getting treated by an Osteopath from a young age, my future was decided. I love the daily challenge of Osteopathy individualising my skills to allow patients to reach their goals.

I enjoy treating a wide variety of patients utilising a holistic structural approach to Osteopathy. I have a strong interest in treating shoulders, sport and postural related complaints. Using various manual treatment techniques and tailored rehabilitation I enjoy encouraging patients to have an active role in their recovery.

Working in a multi-disciplinary clinic creates an environment to strive for excellence. Utilising skills of varying practitioner’s creates an opportunity for 13th Beach Health Services to provide optimal care to Barwon Heads and surrounds. Working alongside likeminded practitioners among our wonderful community creates an enjoyable and fulfilling workplace.
