’13th Beach Health Services Wednesday Night Move Club’…
Great news everyone… we’re pleased to announce that Wednesday Night Move Club is back.
It’s a great opportunity for members of our community to come together in a relaxed and supporting environment and exercise together. And with more daylight and warmer weather it’s the perfect time for us to resume.
You may have noticed a slight difference in the name of this group. We felt that Move Club is more inclusive as we cater for all ages and all abilities so even if you want to run the session, walk/run, or just walk – we want you to come along and join in the fun!!!
At every session there is always at least 2 or 3 practitioners present so you can easily have a quick chat to one of our physiotherapists, podiatrist, or osteopaths if you have any niggles or injury concerns.
The classes will once again be coordinated by coaching superstar (according to him) Anthony Goss from BRT. We will always follow social distancing regulations and we will break up into small groups of no more than 10 people.
This is a free event that we love putting on to encourage our community to get outside and get moving. And with 11 weeks until Christmas what better time to start!!!
We really look forward to seeing you at the Barwon Heads bridge Rotunda this Wednesday 14/10/2020 at 6pm. Sessions are normally around 45-50 minutes and include a warm-up, run/run-walk/walk, cool down and stretch.
