WHAT TO EXPECT?
45 minute Physiotherapy lead classes involving low-impact movements.
The class is designed to challenge muscular strength, flexibility and balance to improve posture and overall wellness. Exercises are conducted in standing or on a pilates mat with tailored technique correction and progressions provided to keep you safe and get the most out of each class.
This class is ideal for beginners to intermediate individuals wanting to build their techniques while still challenging themselves, or those requiring controlled and low-impact movements.
HOW DO I START?
It is highly recommended you have a Physiotherapy Assessment prior to starting classes however you can commence classes without assessment by completing a medical waiver.

Loose fitting/comfortable clothing (e.g. t-shirt, tracksuit pants, tights)
Water Bottle, Pilates Grip socks, Hand towel, Pilates Mat*
