Week 5 – Neck and Shoulders By Briony Barry- Barwon Heads Triathlon 2020
No doubt if you have been committed to an exercise program you are starting to get sore around the neck and shoulders. This could be further exacerbated if you work in a job that requires you to sit for long periods of time.
